Custom Color Disclaimer
Because Anime Hair wigs are made with real human hair, they may be professionally colored by an experienced stylist. However, fantasy colors and pastel tones require careful handling.
Outside bleaching, toning, coloring, or chemical services may affect the condition, texture, color, and longevity of the wig.
Anime Hair is not responsible for damage caused by outside color services, bleaching, toning, heat damage, improper washing, or product misuse after delivery.
Production Timeline
Anime Hair designs are custom luxury hair pieces. Production time is separate from shipping time.
Most custom designs require approximately 15–21 business days for production before shipping, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Because our wigs are custom-colored and carefully prepared, production cannot be rushed the same way as a ready-to-ship synthetic wig. Every design requires time, detail, and quality control.
Shipping begins only after production is complete.
Final Sale Policy
Each Anime Hair design is custom made according to the selected color, length, cap construction, lace type, and style details.
For this reason, all orders are final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, exchange, or cancellation once production begins.
