By purchasing from Anime Hair, you acknowledge that our products are custom, handmade, hand-colored, and made-to-order. You agree that all order details, policies, timelines, and product information should be reviewed before completing your purchase.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website or purchasing from Anime Hair, you confirm that:

3. Custom-Made Products

All Anime Hair designs are custom made according to the client’s selected order details. This may include, but is not limited to:

Preorder or made-to-order selections

Because each design is created specifically for the individual client, all custom orders are final sale.

Once an order is placed, materials may be reserved, hair may be sourced, color work may begin, and production may be scheduled. For this reason, custom orders cannot be cancelled, returned, exchanged, or refunded.

4. Return & Refund Policy

Due to the custom and hygienic nature of our products, Anime Hair does not accept returns, refunds, cancellations, or exchanges on any custom-made hair product.

This includes:

HD lace wigs

Full lace wigs

Lace front wigs

Custom color wigs

Hand-dyed hair designs

Raw hair extensions

Preorder items

Made-to-order pieces

Long-length hair designs

Products made according to the client’s selected specifications

All sales are final.

Hair products are intimate beauty items. For health, hygiene, and quality control reasons, products cannot be returned once shipped, delivered, worn, installed, brushed, washed, cut, colored, toned, altered, or removed from their original packaging.

By placing an order, you agree that your item is custom made for you and is not eligible for refund, cancellation, return, or exchange.

Clients are responsible for reviewing all order details before checkout. This includes:

If you notice an error in your order, you must contact us as soon as possible. We may not be able to make changes once production has started or materials have been reserved.

Submitting a request for a change does not guarantee that the change can be made.

6. Color Disclaimer

Anime Hair designs are hand-colored in small batches. Because our products are made with real raw human hair, color results may vary slightly from product photos, digital mockups, inspiration photos, or website images.

Color may appear different due to:

Natural undertones of raw human hair

Hand-dyeing variations

Toning results

Differences between inspiration photos and real hair results

Anime-inspired colors may require creative interpretation. We aim to create a beautiful design inspired by the product image or selected style, but exact duplication of a photo, animated character, digital artwork, or previous wig cannot be guaranteed.

Slight color differences do not qualify for a refund, return, cancellation, or exchange.

Product photos, model images, mannequin images, lifestyle visuals, and website graphics are used to show the overall style, color direction, and design concept of each product.

Images may include professional lighting, styling, filters, editing, or display enhancements. The final product may vary slightly in color, length appearance, curl pattern, volume, styling, or finish.

By placing an order, you understand that product images are visual references and not an absolute guarantee of identical results.

8. Raw Human Hair Disclaimer

Anime Hair uses real raw human hair for many of our luxury hair designs. Raw human hair is natural and may include slight variations in texture, tone, strand thickness, wave pattern, and behavior.

Because raw hair comes from real donors, no two bundles, wigs, or hair pieces are exactly identical.

Natural variations are not defects. These variations are part of the uniqueness and luxury quality of raw human hair.

9. Longevity & Hair Care

Our hair designs can last for years with proper care. However, longevity depends heavily on how the client maintains the hair after receiving it.

Clients are responsible for proper hair care, including:

Using professional shampoo and conditioner

Keeping hair moisturized

Avoiding excessive heat

Avoiding harsh chemicals

Avoiding improper bleaching or coloring

Detangling gently

Washing as needed

Using silk or satin protection while sleeping

Having installs and removals done by a professional stylist

Following all care instructions provided by Anime Hair

Anime Hair is not responsible for damage caused by improper care, coloring, bleaching, toning, installation, removal, chemical processing, excessive heat, sleeping without protection, product buildup, matting, tangling, shedding from improper maintenance, or stylist error.

Once the hair has been worn, installed, washed, colored, cut, altered, or chemically processed, Anime Hair is not responsible for the condition of the hair.

10. Length Disclaimer

Hair length may appear different depending on the client’s height, body proportions, wig placement, curl pattern, styling, and texture.

Long lengths may have naturally tapered ends, especially with raw human hair. This is normal for long donor hair and does not qualify as a defect.

Clients are responsible for choosing the length that best fits their desired look.

11. Lace Disclaimer

HD lace, transparent lace, full lace, lace front, closure, and frontal designs are delicate and must be handled with care.

Lace can tear, fray, stretch, or become damaged if mishandled. Anime Hair is not responsible for lace damage caused by:

Improper installation

Aggressive plucking

Over-bleaching knots

Excessive adhesive use

Improper glue removal

Cutting the lace incorrectly

Scratching or pulling

Stylist error

Improper washing

Sleeping in the wig without proper care

Clients should have lace wigs installed and maintained by an experienced professional.

12. Processing & Production Timelines

Anime Hair products may be ready-to-ship, preorder, or made-to-order. Processing and production timelines vary by product, customization level, hair availability, color work, lace type, length, and order volume.

Any timeline provided is an estimate unless clearly stated otherwise.

Production timelines may be affected by:

Raw hair sourcing

Custom color work

Long-length availability

High order volume

Holiday delays

Vendor delays

Quality control

Weather delays

Shipping carrier delays

Customs delays

Corrections needed during production

Anime Hair reserves the right to take the time needed to properly complete and quality-check each custom design.

A delay in production or shipping does not automatically qualify an order for cancellation, refund, return, or chargeback.

13. Preorders

Certain items may be listed as preorder designs. Preorder items are not immediately available for shipment and require additional processing or production time.

By purchasing a preorder item, you understand and agree that:

Preorder items are final sale.

14. Shipping Policy

Anime Hair ships orders to the address provided at checkout. Clients are responsible for entering the correct shipping address.

Anime Hair is not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided by the client.

Once an order is handed to the shipping carrier, the carrier is responsible for transit, tracking updates, delivery scans, delays, and final delivery.

Anime Hair is not responsible for:

Carrier delays

Lost packages marked delivered

Incorrect addresses entered by the client

Weather delays

Customs delays

Import fees

Refused packages

Stolen packages

Packages delayed due to incomplete address information

If a package is marked delivered by the carrier, Anime Hair considers the package delivered.

Clients should contact the shipping carrier directly for delivery disputes, missing package claims, or tracking concerns.

15. International Orders, Duties & Customs

International clients are responsible for all customs fees, import taxes, duties, brokerage fees, and any other charges required by their country.

Anime Hair is not responsible for customs delays, customs inspections, import restrictions, or additional fees charged by the destination country.

Refusing to pay customs fees or refusing delivery does not qualify the order for a refund.

If a package is returned due to unpaid customs, incorrect address, or refusal of delivery, the client may be responsible for additional shipping fees.

If you believe you received the wrong item or your order arrived with an issue, you must contact Anime Hair within 48 hours of delivery.

Any relevant unboxing photos or videos, if available

Anime Hair will review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.

Items that have been worn, installed, washed, brushed, cut, colored, toned, altered, or removed from their original condition may not be eligible for review.

Issues reported after 48 hours may not qualify for a resolution.

Anime Hair reserves the right to determine whether an item is defective, incorrect, or within normal handmade variation.
