Return & Refund Policy
At Anime Hair, every wig and hair design is custom created according to each client’s selected color, length, lace type, style, and order specifications. Because these designs are made specifically for each client, all sales are final.
Custom Orders Are Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable
Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on any custom-made wig, lace wig, hair extension, or colored hair design.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Custom color requests
- Hand-dyed hair designs
- HD lace wigs
- Lace front wigs
- Full lace wigs
- Long-length custom orders
- Preorder designs
- Made-to-order hair pieces
- Any item created based on the client’s selected options at checkout
Once an order is placed, materials are reserved and production begins for the client’s specific design. For this reason, orders cannot be cancelled, returned, refunded, or exchanged.
Color Disclaimer
Our wigs and hair designs are hand-colored in small batches. Slight variations in color may occur due to lighting, screen settings, photography, and the natural raw human hair base. These variations do not qualify for a refund or return.
Hygiene & Product Integrity
For health, hygiene, and quality control reasons, hair products cannot be returned once they have been shipped, delivered, worn, installed, brushed, washed, altered, toned, cut, colored, or removed from their original packaging.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you believe you received the wrong item or your order arrived with an issue, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number. Our team will review the concern and determine the appropriate resolution.
Issues reported after 48 hours may not be eligible for review.
Final Sale Agreement
By placing an order with Anime Hair, the client acknowledges and agrees that their item is custom made to their selected order details and is not eligible for return, refund, cancellation, or exchange.
